How many years of experience does SolarFix have?
Our Brisbane solar repair team have over 15 years local experience in the industry and are highly experienced in solar repairs and maintenance work, both on the ground and on top of roofs. You can rest assure that you are in great hands.
Does your Brisbane team hold any solar accreditations?
Solarfix holds a number of qualifications including a Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation. We’re also QLD licenced electricians.
Are my solar repairs covered by a warranty?
If your solar panels and inverter are still inside your warranty period, and each of their manufactures are still operating then absolutely. All parts and replacements will be covered by your warranty. What isn’t covered by your warranty will be the labour costs of the servicing by our team.

Do you offer a same-day service on solar panel and inverter repairs?
We certainly do offer a same-day service! We understand that when your solar isn’t working, it could impact your lifestyle and be a hazard to your home so we won’t make you wait. We always inspect, quote and if you’re happy to proceed, service your solar system that same day.
Do I need to be home for you to fix my solar system?
It can be beneficial to have you home while we service your solar panels however, it’s not always necessary. When we service a home, we find it helps our customers understand their system a lot more when we explain to them what has happened, as well as show them photos of the issue/s we find.
That said, the only time we’d need our customers at home would be if we need to get inside their home. Often their inverter might be inside or we might need to crawl about in their roof.
